hey there!

i am an outdoor nut living and studying in berlin and plan on doing the whole trail next year in spring time. because i think it will be too hot in april for the southern part, my plan was to start in the south and end up in dan. i don't have a travel partner yet so if anyone is also thinking about doing the trail, feel free to contact me!

since i think the southern part is more of a challenge because of the water issue i would also be grateful for some tips from people that have already done that part and know how to arrange things there. i do have a gps so i think finding hidden storages shouldn't be such a great problem. another thing that came into my mind - how hard is it to put in tent pegs in the desert? or do you just use rocks to hold the pegs?
