The dog cannot go all the way, and dogs are not allowed to nature preserves. Technically from Dan to Arad it is doable with a dog, except for a short section in the north. It is not recommended to hike south of Arad with a dog. 

I have no idea about your fitness for this hike, but if you have not properly prepared and trained for this trip it will be almost impossible to complete even the first three days. 30 days is fast, very fast. Unless you are a very experienced hiker you will not make the INT in 30 days.
