If you land at Ben Gurion airport and oops...you've forgotten something at home or need butane stove or anything, these are the most convenient three places to buy stwff (Welsh for stuff): Rikushet in Azriely center: take a train from the airport to Tel Aviv Hashalom (15 minutes). Go up the stairs to Azriely center.

If you go north to Kiryat Shemona there is a Rikushet store there (10 minutes walk from the central bus station).

If you go to Eilat there is a Rikushet store in Eilat too.

Lamtayel OK, but the numbers of stores is limited....

IMO: That may be true for TLV. If you need something to buy outside Tel Aviv i.e. Eilat, Kiryat Shemona, Be'er Sheva, and other places there is Rikoshet only. I have tried Lametayel in Tel Aviv, Be'er Sheva and Haifa and if you don't know exactly what you are looking for you'll get little help if any... I have heard the same stuff from several Israeli hikers... so if you stay in Tel Aviv B4 you start hiking you can chose between Rikoshet Lametayel or Maslul (2 stores only in Israel). If not I'd try one of the ~15 stores of Rikoshet... (3 in Be'er Sheva).

Lamatyel is a chain. Each Rikoshet store is franchised and that makes the difference.
