Consider approx. 50 days in Israel and staying mostly with trail angels or camping out, my estimate is that you will not spend more than NIS 30/day which is ~ $8/day.

Travelling within Israel will cost you approx. NIS 200 ($55) considering you travel from Tel Aviv to the trail's head and then back to Tel Aviv.

There were hikers who reported a total cost of NIS 700-1000 (~$200-270) traveling not included, but I'll consider that  too low.
