Does anyone knows if it is possible to hike in the palestinian territories (West Bank) and then continue in Israel (or the opposite). Are there any special conditions for foreigners?

For instance, if i hike from Nazareth to Jerusalem via Jericoh..

Besides, are there any landmines, shells... remaining for previous conflits along the Trail
